Andrew has been a professional chef for over 15 years and has worked as an executive chef for hotels and country clubs across Canada and in the Caribbean.  In the past few years he has helped build the number one catering company in Ottawa.  A passionate outdoorsman, Andrew spends most of his free time hunting and fishing.  He loves to combine his passions of cooking, fishing and hunting which made him the perfect fit for food editor with Ontario Out of Doors magazine.
